Location of this hotel to the Medina was second to none. Staff in the hotel excellent, they went over and above to cater for all your needs. My room was small but very clean. Unfortunately no view from the balcony, would defiantly book a pool view next time.

We had a marvellous time at this hotel. The location is what drew us to it. It's walking distance to the main Marrakech attractions and in a safe area. The garden is wide and one can find a quiet spot even if the hotel is busy. The staff are amazing. Friendly and help in any way they can. The buffet style food is excellent with European and Moroccan options alike. We had a junior suite with private pool which was wonderfully relaxing. The whole place is spotless! All pools are heated. The inclusive drinks have wonderful options and are all good. The evening entertainment is a bit basic but each their own. We definitely can recommend this hotel and would love to return.

The room was extremely maintained every day, the jacuzzi was cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially as I slipped in shower and concussed myself. On our return we were asked if any food was required and the following morning the head chef prepared my breakfast.

Cleanliness top notch. Staff all genuinely helpful, nothing a problem. Food excellent, each night different themed foods (Mexican, Indian etc) . Lunch option in the à la carte restaurant a really good addition and providing a change from buffet at night. Perfect location for main square/ souks yet when in hotel you don’t feel the hustle and bustle, it’s a little oasis.

Staying at this hotel was truly the best decision we made during our visit to Marrakech. The place is beautifully maintained, and the outside garden space is absolutely stunning, it creates the perfect first impression. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always on hand to assist with any request. A special thank you to Michael, Azz, Jaguar, and especially Abdo! they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will most definitely be returning.

Downsides....garden room view was in fact a restaurant rooftop view. Bed very hard, lumpy and uncomfortable. Positives....amazing staff. All staff throughout the hotel were amazing. fantastic animation team - Mia, Dino, Michael etc do a fantastic job. Bar staff always smiling and go above and beyond. Restaurant staff the same. Can't recommend this hotel enough (not for the comfort of the bed) but for everything else! Outstanding stay. Central location with fabulous grounds.

The resort was nice, but not what we expected. The food was good, but limited hours of operation for food. The mini bar had an extra up charge, which is news to us, in regards to other all inclusive resorts. The CS was great, tho! I would give them a 5, but overall is definitely a 3! A resort that we personally will never be back. Plus is mainly for retired folks! Not our preference.

​Excellent winter stay! The food was fresh and delicious with a great variety, including a tasty Moroccan option every day. A huge plus was the heated pools, which were perfect for the winter weather. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. While some parts of the property are a bit worn and dated, the overall experience and service were fantastic. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location, it's clean and the staff were fine. The only thing I was a little disappointed by was that I was there for my birthday and it wasn't acknowledged at all by anyone, despite it being mentioned to the hotel and the a la carte restaurant. My friend even emailed the hotel to try to pay for something for me and she got no reply.

I felt like this place is for the tourist that wants to play it safe, with bland food, not much cultural immersion and made for a very Northern European or North American guest. There are rules and they are meant to keep things orderly and disciplined but the one rule that was unacceptable is wearing a ribbon-like bracelet throughout your whole stay and if you cut it off, it’s 15 Euros to replace it each time. The ribbon bracelet made us feel like tagged animals, as it stays wet after washing hands, showers, etc. we found it to be unsanitary and it could make you an easy target when trying to barter in the souks. Anyhow, I stayed here due to being with family but if I was with friends etc would have stayed at a more immersive place. The gym was nice and the garden to walk through was peaceful but the pools are definitely not heated enough in the winter unless you’re a seal with a lot of blubber to keep you warm!
