Our stay at Kaya was fantastic. Anas was very kind upon our arrival and provided complementary Moroccan tea which was delicious. He also took the time to answer all our questions, gave a preview of must see sites in Marrakech. Overall a great experience.

When we first got there, our first thought was this is a beautiful room. It's a clean facility, the room was really nice (although the shower was tiny), and the location was great. The breakfast was good. The service was great....except after we checked out. After we checked out, we started receiving messages of pictures of items they were accusing of us breaking. They told us we had to pay for it and I refused so they said they can call the police and we can handle it with them so I told them go ahead because I know for sure we are NOT guilty of breaking anything. They said we broke a ceiling lamp that we cannot even reach. One was above the bed and one above the bedside table. They even said we took the broken lamp and placed it on the counter. That is definitely NOT true since we had all our small belongings on that table the entire time so there was definitely no room for a lamp. To us, it seemed that someone probably went to clean the room after we left and broke it and decided to put the blame on me and my family. This totally ruined the end of our trip since we spent hours in their lobby waiting for the police that never came. I doubt they even called them. The woman host was VERY rude to us after this incident and she just kept forcing the issue that WE are the ones that broke it. The male host, Youness came in the evening and he definitely backed us up. He believed us and did not place any blame on us. I would give him a 10 star for his service and character.

Such an amazing Riad with an incredible staff! Thank you so much for the hospitality and attention to care. This Riad is located at the center for Medina and is so perfectly located to everything you need. The souks, the sites seeing places, all the amazing restaurants. It’s truly a hidden gem. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The cleaning service is so quick and efficient. Every time we left in the morning and came back in the afternoon it was complete. Great quick breakfast in the mornings on the terrace or ground floor - either are very cozy and the food is delicious. What made this experience even better was the amazing staff. Thank you especially to Ghizlane and Youness. Both made us feel so welcomed and well taken care of. Amazing staff, amazing people, amazing service. I would recommend this place to everyone and will be recommending to my family and friends for sure. Checking out and assistance with the taxi is also smooth and efficient. Thank you Kaya Riad and Spa!!

Ha sido la estancia más increíble que tuvimos en todo Marruecos, y visitamos 3 ciudades distintas pero ningún Riad como este! Chouaib fue absolutamente increíble, sus atenciones, sus consejos, su acompañamiento durante el viaje! Marrakech no hubiera sido igual sin él! El Riad es incluso mejor que en las fotos y los desayunos son deliciosos!! Si lo visitan no duden en buscar a Chouaib, el los apoyará en todo!! Espero volver pronto!!
