PROBLEME DE RESERVATION

Pros: Son emplacement : idéal quand on prend le départ du Marseille Cassis !
Cons: Propreté des chambres (moyenne)
a mon arrivée à l'hôtel, aucune trace de ma réservation : heureusement qu'il restait la chambre handicapée et que j'avais édité la confirmation de ma réservation ! Le personnel a pu me reloger, mais qu'en aurait-il été si l'hôtel avait été plein ? Personnel gentil et serviable, à l'écoute des clients .

Hôtel sympa

Hôtel agréable, personnels plutôt sympa. Le jeune homme du soir un peu froid au premier abord mais en faite non. Situation bonne juste à côté du velodrome Orange.
