Petit appartement près de la mer

Très belle endroit, mais plus adapté pour quelqu'un qui a une voiture, pour se déplacer. Sinon on perd du temps en bus. Pour l'appartement rien a dire de négatif. Le proprietaire a été très aimable, est venue nous chercher à la gare. Nous avons été content de ne pas venir dans les grandes chaleur, car pas de climatisation. Nous avons visiter le parc mugel qui est près de là, un endroit magnifique. Et de très belles plages (plages de sables).

Great location if you’ve got a car!

This studio is clean and bright with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will need a car and parking is a little tricky because the lots fill up around the apartment complex. However, that said the complex is quiet and the neighbors friendly. It is a great spot to have as a base from which to explore dozens of nearby beaches, towns, historic sites, and much more. The owners are delightful and relaxed. The rental fee included the deposit and cleaning fee.

Well-organized and quiet space!

Quiet, well-appointed space with all the fixings for an easy weekend/week away. We loved the deck (despite the petit mistral) and the easy car access to local beaches, nearby hikes, and other destinations. Vanessa was very helpful with information about places to visit.

Petit studio avec tout le nécessaire, très bien pour y passer quelques jours. Par contre il faut prendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre de la ciotat ou effectivement le bus mais peu pratique avec des enfants. Parking au bas de l’immeuble mais où il faut en fait se garer le long de la rue sur les trottoirs. Hôte agréable que nous n’avons pas rencontré mais’ qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les resto, les plages et autres sorties par sms. Arrivée avec code bien pratique.

Sans facture donc pas pour les pros

J'ai reserve sur hotel.com ce studio. Lorsque j'arrive je lis que je dois faire mon lit, et fairr le menage en partant. Aucune infoation de cela a la reservation. Habituellement lorsqu'il s'agit d'une chambre avec coin cuisine. On nous demande de laisser la cuisine propre et rangee. Là je me suis retrouvé a 6h du mat febut pour faire le menage le jour de mon depart. Sur l'annonce c'est marquee avec chambre. En realite c'est 2 lits supperposés dans un couloir et un clic clac pas stable (comme souvent sur les cliclac il faut etre bien au centre sinon on bascule) dans la piece principale. La propreté est correcte. Mais l'appartement un peu vieillissant. Par contre, le proprietaire est dispo jusqu'a vitre arrive et votre depart . Mais apres pour vous envoyer un recu puisqu'il doit s'agire d'un particulier. Il ne repond plus. Pourtant j'ai laissé plusieurs message. Je me retrouve a avoir payé un hebergement professionnel sans pouvoir me faire rembourser puusque je n'ai pas de justificatif. Donc dessus

Bonne situation géographique logement qui répondait à nos attentes. Facilite de parking. Le plus est le commerce de proximité situé à l’entrée de la résidence. Il est très bien achalandé et très accessible.

Petit studio bien confortable pour 2 personnes (voire avec 2 enfants). Dommage qu'il ne soit pas près de la mer (il est indiqué 200 m mais en réalité il est beaucoup plus éloigné et tout en hauteur sur une colline, donc pas de vue sur la mer!! Il est difficile de se garer, les places sont souvent réservées ou déjà prises! De plus il y a la ligne de chemin de fer, et de nombreux trains passent de jour comme de nuit (le studio est tout de même bien isolé). La propriétaire est très sympathique. Par contre elle n'avait pas été informée de notre arrivée et nous avons dû attendre la fin du nettoyage du studio en fin d'après-midi. Le studio est très confortable, très complet, très propre.... à recommander!! On a apprécié également le supermarché à proximité. Un peu loin des plages par contre... Merci donc aux propriétaires de nous avoir permis de passer quelques jours tranquilles et reposants et de pouvoir découvrir les calanques de La Ciotat et de Cassis (très belles). Le studio est propre et agréable. Il est également très bien situé, à proximité directe des plages et du centre-ville. Le propriétaire est sympathique. Rien à redire ! On garde l’adresse !

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr großen Beton-Wohnanlage, die insgesamt nicht sauber und gepflegt war. Für 4 Personen absolut ungeeignet. Überzug und Matratzenschoner waren stark verschmutzt. Die Schlafcouch hatte keine hochwertige Matratze. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Der Nachbar war bis morgens um 4:00 Uhr bei PC- Spielen zu hören, so dass wir vorzeitig abgereist sind. Ein Aldimarkt als Monopol-Supermarkt kann nicht als empfehlenswert gelten, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen, da diese Wohnung in der Anlage keineswegs empfehlenswert ist. Unsere Bewertung: 0 Sterne Helmuth

Tout est parfait

Nous avons passé un court séjour seulement 2 jours.Le studio est idéalement placé. Très bien équipé, propre et agréable. Le décor est cosy. Le contact est bienveillant avec le propriétaire.
