The check in was a worry as the person initially could not find my booking. The room had lovely decor and was newly renovated nice linen and towels. There was several hairs on the bathroom wall tiles and the toilet seat underneath was not clean. The instructions said wash your own cutlery and crockery which was fine but i think cutlery should go through a dishwasher for hygiene reasons - I don't know what previous the guests standards for cleaning cutlery are.
