Disastrous experience

This disastrous unit should not be included in the list of hotels.com. The unit is not air conditioned in an area where the temperature can be 40+ c. Although the staff at the office of happy rentals are very very friendly ( Leonardo and Gianluca). The only thing is that they might take more than 24 hours before they can come back to you. And that can be after the date of free cancellation as it is the case when I wanted to change the check out date. They came back to me after the expiration of free cancellation. The response from hotels.com was the most shameful thing. It was in Chinese where neither the unit nor my self spoke this Chinese. After all I had to leave the unit just one hour after checking in and went to another hotel. Final say is never back to this unit unless it is equipped with AC.
