Property Layout and Features



Relais Mamma Mia is comprised of two independent villas, each offering comfort and privacy. Both villas provide easy access to outdoor relaxation areas and picturesque views.



Ground Floor: The main entrance opens into a spacious living area with contemporary furnishings and a bathroom with a shower. A double bedroom (french size bed 190x140 cms) offers comfort and privacy, while the dining area connects to a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the patio. The patio is furnished with lounging areas, an al fresco dining table, and a traditional pizza oven.



First Floor: Accessible via a staircase, this floor features a double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and an inviting living area filled with natural light.



Second Villa

Living Area and Kitchen: A stone pathway connects to the second villa, which features an open-space living and dining area, a sofa bed, and a kitchen.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This unit includes two double bedrooms, one with twin beds, and two bathrooms with showers. The interiors open to a patio, creating an inviting space for al fresco dining and relaxation with panoramic views.



Outdoor Spaces

Terraces and Dining Area: Both villas open onto terraces equipped with comfortable lounging furniture, dining tables, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, perfect for evenings under the stars.



Private Pool and Sunbathing Area: The garden extends to a sunbathing area complete with a private pool, sun loungers, and an expansive lawn where guests can relax while taking in the Mediterranean views.



Mediterranean Gardens: Surrounded by olive trees and native plants, the gardens offer a peaceful setting for walks or quiet moments.

Relais Mamma Mia is set in the charming seaside area of Nerano, one of the most authentic and unspoiled corners of the Sorrento Peninsula. Surrounded by nature and overlooking the sea, the property offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, perfect for a truly relaxing stay.

The nearby Marina del Cantone, just a short distance away, is known for its crystal-clear waters, beach clubs and excellent seaside restaurants, including some of the most renowned dining spots in the area.

Nerano is appreciated for its local feel, far from the crowds of the main tourist destinations, while still being ideally positioned to explore the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento and Capri.

The area is perfect for guests looking to enjoy a more authentic and tranquil side of southern Italy, with easy access to beautiful beaches, nature, and outstanding local cuisine.



Getting Around:

Located in Nerano, Relais Mamma Mia offers a unique balance between privacy and proximity to some of the most iconic destinations along the Amalfi Coast.

Nerano Bay and Marina del Cantone are just 1.4 km away, approximately a 15-minute walk, where you’ll find crystal-clear waters, beach clubs and excellent seaside restaurants.

Massa Lubrense is around 8 km (15–20 minutes by car), offering local shops, restaurants and everyday services.

Sorrento is approximately 16 km away (25–30 minutes by car), with a lively atmosphere, shopping, restaurants and ferry connections to Capri and the Amalfi Coast.

Positano is about 23 km (45–60 minutes by car), while Amalfi can be reached in about 35 km (approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes), depending on traffic.

Due to the hillside location, renting a car is recommended for greater flexibility during your stay. Alternatively, our Concierge team can assist with private transfers and driver services throughout your stay.

For Capri, Positano and Amalfi, we highly recommend private or shared boat tours. These can be easily organized with pick-up directly from the villa area, with departure from the nearby Marina del Cantone harbour, located just a few minutes from the property.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival and Departure: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Tourist tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.





Wood-fired oven use

The wood-fired ovens is reserved exclusively for use by professional pizza chefs authorized by Feeling Italy. This service can be arranged through our Concierge team. Please contact us in advance for availability and pricing details.

Usage policy, events and allowed services

The property is suitable for small private celebrations and weddings, subject to prior approval. All event coordination is handled exclusively by the Feeling Italy Concierge team, with a dedicated wedding planner. Wedding planning services are mandatory and quoted separately, and event fees may apply.

Should you intend to use the property for any kind of commercial activity, such as photo shootings or filming, please inform Feeling Italy at the time of booking, as this is only possible with prior written approval. Private parties, events or large gatherings are not allowed unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Relais Mamma Mia: Sea Views, Pool & Terraces offers its guests a terrace, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Massa Lubrense villa is smoke free.
