Eden Sassi is a newly built villa located just a few minutes from the historic CENTER OF MATERA, 3Km;
has two apartments on the ground floor with independent entrance equipped with all comforts to spend a pleasant stay in the beautiful MATERA - Città dei Sassi - ensuring moments of great relaxation and tranquility.
The villa is completely fenced with a comfortable FREE PARKING of 1000sqm, as well as a garden (in lawn) of other well 1000sqm with lots of GAMES for CHILDREN and nice spaces for a good read or just relax.
Ideal structure to accommodate up to three families or groups of friends or simply couples or young spouses to treat yourself to beautiful souvenir photos and romantic moments.
Apartment No. 1:
2 DOUBLE BEDROOMS with top sheet and possible addition of baby cots;
STAY with two single beds;
KITCHEN with kitchenette, with microwave, fridge, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (with pods) and all the necessary accessories;
PRIVATE BATHROOM equipped with hairdryer, soap, bath foam, shampoo, bathrobes and towel set.
Apartment No. 2:
QUADRUPLE ROOM with 1 double bed and 2 single beds;
KITCHEN AREA with kitchenette, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (with pods) and all the essential accessories;
