The staff is very friendly and willing to help. In my room (#327) the housekeeping lady notice that the a/c was not working efficiently and she call the people in charge of that an in no time they change the unit for a new one (or refurbish..) an fix the problem immediately...GOOD JOB AND INITIATIVE. Five stars for all the personnel.
