The unique hotel that all the staff are treating equally. The room are very clean everything at the Posada El Colonial in Mayagüez are equal or better than a 5, 4, 3, 2, star. The Colonial is 10 time much better. I love this small hotel full of positive vibes. Anibal, Heidi, Ash, Danny y Sebastian are the staff of the front Desk. They are 5 star. As well the housekeeping department all of them are a blessings. The owners are awesome.

Great stay in this area. It was clean, staff was friendly and the private parking area. Would recommend for those visit the west of Puerto Rico. Lots of coffee shops around and great spot for night life activities.

The hotel has a historical background very nice, The people in the hotel very nice and helpful the rooms nice and clean, They ask did we want the room clean I personally think it should get clean every day and clean towels everyday! When it comes to the beds my opinion they should have quilts not just the bedsheets and a skinny blankets
