In the southern Sarthe countryside, this detached house is located on the host's property, between Tours and Le Mans. It's close to the 24H circuit, the La Flèche Zoo (25 minutes), the Bercé Forest and its many trails, the Château du Lude, and an hour from the Loire Valley Châteaux and the region's main vineyards.
An ideal location for nature and heritage lovers.
Sleeps 2 (space available for a travel cot).
Ground floor: Large, bright living room with bay window opening onto the landscaped garden (shared with the host).
- Equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge/freezer).
- Living room: Sofa, flat-screen TV usable from a computer - HDMI cable provided - (no TNT or other channels), mobile internet coverage.
- Around the wood-burning stove: armchairs and a basket of logs provided free of charge for two days during the cold season.
- Walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and washing machine. - 1 separate toilet.
On the mezzanine floor: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 chest of drawers, 1 reading corner.
Small separate terrace, large garden with deckchairs available.
Sheets and towels provided (beds made upon arrival).
Private parking.
