Carpets need attention

I always stay at this hotel when visiting family. Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, slept wonderfully. It is usually very clean, this visit carpets need attention. Many dark and dirty spots. Nothing a good shampoo won’t fix. Other than that it was good. I will stay here again.

Service at the front desk was terrible, the guy didn't know much. They advertised a pool, and it wasn't in service, still the rate was as if they did have it. In the room the carpet was stained with a brownish color, the bathtub had mold and smelled. If there's something good worth mentioning, it is the breakfast is above average for the hotel type. I reported this to Expedia right the way and they gave me a gift card for staying in another hotel.

Slow check in due to the number of people checking in. Only complaint is front desk said room ready in 20-25 min and they would call me when ready. No call received at 1.5 hrs got back to property and there was still confusion on what room we had or who had checked us in when it was the same 2 guys. After that zero issues or complaints.
