Have stayed here a couple of times already. It’s always cleaner than others. There is always room for improvement but it’s my to go hotel if I need to stay in the area.

Elevator has been out almost a year, hotel was painting the 3rd floor hallways. I stayed four days, I’m 61, staff put me on the third floor with the fumes of fresh paint and walking up and down stairwells for four days. Staff did not think of moving a 61 year old guest to a bottom floor at any time of my stay.

The room itself was acceptable, but the bathroom could use more attention to cleanliness, as there was an odor and the sink drain did not function properly, possibly due to a blockage. There was also a noticeable drainage smell. The bed was firmer than expected, and the comforter was quite thin, which affected overall comfort. While the rate may reflect these conditions, the stay did not fully meet my expectations.

Reservé con anticipación mi hospedaje esperando recibir atención en planta baja, pues la mayor parte del tiempo tienen fuera de servicio el elevador y en una diversa visita por subir al 3 piso sufrí una hemorragia, la atención del personal fue poco empatoca pues me dijo que solo había en 3 er piso y a un huésped previo que pagó en el momento me hospedo en el 2 piso
