Me cancelaron la habitaciĂłn/reservaciĂłn aĂșn cuando ya estaba pagada, tuve que pagar ahĂ otra habitaciĂłn, aĂșn cuando ya tenĂa la mĂa pagada, no me supieron dar explicaciones solo que el sistema la cancelo, sĂșper mala atenciĂłn y no me resolvieron nada
Idk how this place has âexcellentâ as the rating. The only good thing was the location off the expressway and even that is pushing it. The staff was friendly enough but the room was tiny and there were spiders in the restroom. Literal spiders. I just know they deep clean once a year. They put us on the first floor toward the end of the hallway with a door that leads outside, the foot-traffic was NONSTOP all night and morning, we couldnât sleep. Not even 2 mins would go by without people slamming their hotel doors, coming in and out from the side entrance or elevator, and just being annoyingly loud. We asked if they could switch our room but supposedly the entire hotel was booked. Never again will I stay here, pay the extra $50 and stay at the Hilton nearby.
The hotel staff was very nice. However, the room was filthy. I turned on the shower and it had brown dirt shooting from it. The staff relocated me to another room. The shower did the same. I asked them to clean that room also. It had not been cleaned. I think the rating for this is incorrect. It should be rated a 5 instead of 9. The rating is for the staff and not the hotel.
