We enjoyed our stay. The wheelchair accessible suite was spacious and code-compliant. However, you REALLY must upgrade at least one pair of the restrooms in the clubhouse to meet current ADA/Texas Accessibility Standards. These requirements have been in effect for 32 years.Don't you think it's about time to address this? Kudos for some of the other ADA upgrades you have made to the property since my visit 2 years ago.

Our clothes locked up in another room, didn’t have access to the room because the lock of the door broke. Unable to sleep for that night so we lost one day of adventures cuz we had to sleep. Other than that the next days were good. Staff was great, tried everything they could to open the door.

Really nice place to connect with family but get a personal apartment vibe. We stayed here the night before and loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay one more night and rebooked for one more night. It's an a affordable option that allowed us to stay close to other family members. They have everything you need on site but there are plenty of places to get food or stores to shop in between family visits. We will definitely come back too stay in the near future.

This is an old Inn right next to the 55 Victoria Palms Resort for RVs and cabins. For the price, a great place to stay. They do have apt style places which are even better

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 years in a row without in problems. This year we stayed for 7 days, not one time did a housekeeper come to our room to clean it or give us new towels for showers. When we went to the front desk to get some towels, we were told you can only get them from housekeeping. We left about 8am and would arrive back around 8pm and not one time did we ever even see a housekeeper to ask. When we explained that to the front desk, he said there was nothing he could do to get us any. We ended up having to buy towels at a local Walmart. This is very sad being we paid good money to stay at this hotel. Don't think we will be staying her next year.
