Need improvement with better customer service!

I didn't feel welcomed due to a few staffers weren't people friendly. The housekeeping team were polite and friendly and my room was well-kept. I didn't want valet parking so I had to circle the block several times. That Archer Hotel doesn't offer the service to their guests for self-parking so I had to park in the Wegmans garage for 2 nights. That was my second time and last time staying there.

Really beautifully finished hotel, bar and evening meal was outstanding. Expensive to park overnight ($25) with forced valet - no place to park in a very busy area. The hotel was very new and high-end, really impressed with the decor and common areas as well as the room, well done.
