Stayed for 7 days and had a great clean room with a view of the new Haram extension . less than 500m walk to the entrance of the new extension and almost at the doorstep for taxis to miqat or elsewhere. Nice ambience and good quality food served . Could be better with more international dishes.

Second time staying here. Prefer this hotel to all the other surrounding ones but it takes longer to get to the haram than it did 2 years ago. I was quite disappointed with the breakfast choices, they used to have so much variety before but now its very limited.

The reception made me wait 2 hours for check in they didn’t acknowledge the booking, the room shower gels were empty although I submitted a request multiple times on there WhatsApp service as well to refill the shower gels. From the moment we entered, the room had a very strong and unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The beds were broken, making them unsafe and unusable. In addition, the pillows showed signs of bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern.

The room is basic but spotless clean,the bedding was good.I am not sure about the staff as I dealt with one very approachable but turned out the worst one according to my experience he recommended that I should upgrade my room and explained what the new room will be,but when I entered my upgraded room happened to be the same room I booked and fully paid for,immediately I rejected the new room and demanded my full refund but until today two weeks later have not receive my refund.
