During my stay, I found that the hotel could benefit from better clearance and air conditioning in the hallways. Unfortunately, my room was also unpleasant due to a strong odor, with bedsheets and pillows that smelled and did not feel fresh. This made my stay uncomfortable and below expectations.

I recently booked two rooms for six family members, hoping to secure accommodations close together since I made the reservation two weeks in advance with full payment. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found it challenging to locate anything nearby. While the reception staff were polite and did their best to assist us, I felt frustrated with the limitations of their policies, which seemed beyond their control. Additionally, the security system could use an upgrade, especially since the card reader was quite slow. Based on my experience, I would suggest that anyone looking to book consider doing so in person, as advance payment didn’t seem to yield the desired results.

Excellent Location

Stayed at the property on a number of occasions in the past and the level of service has always been great. On this occasion we were upgraded to a Haram view room however the downside of that was bathroom was extremely small, the amenities in the bathroom were of a high quality. We did have a kitchen in the room which was a waste of space for us. I did complain and was offered a room change the next morning however we decided against it. Hotel sent us a complimentary fruit basket which was a nice touch. Booked the half board option and the breakfast was brilliant. For the evening meal compared to their sister hotel Conrad a couple of doors away where we stayed last year even though decent the food choices were limited. A special mention for Fairoz in housekeeping on the 17th floor who cleaned the room daily and was extremely polite and helpful. Overall value for money and location to the Haram being the best.

Easily accessible to gate 79 (kaba entrance). Beautiful, clean hotel with great facilities. Stayed for one night on 26th July 2025 before return to London. Reception staff, and concierge staff were fantastic. Excellent Haram views, with comfortable beds and room facilities. Would book again and recommend to others. Thank you to all the staff.
