The charming holiday apartment “Ferienwohnung Welte” is situated in a quiet area of Meckenbeuren, only a short drive from the shores of Lake Constance. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair. On the beautiful balcony with seating furniture, you can start the day with breakfast and enjoy wonderful mountain views. The shared outdoor area comprises a garden, where you can spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the barbecue, as well as a little swimming pond for refreshing swims and table tennis for fun afternoons. Due to the central location, supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, cafés and restaurants, can all be reached within 8 - 13 minutes on foot (650 m - 1 km), and the train station is located a 17-minute walk (1.3 km) from the apartment. The centre of Friedrichshafen can be reached after a 13-minute drive (7.8 km) or 8 minutes by train, while the closest beaches with clear blue water and scenic mountain views are a 16-minute drive (10.5 km) from Meckenbeuren. The pretty town of Ravensburg is located a 17-minute drive (12 km) north of the apartment. The area is also perfect for cycling tours around the lake, with many towns and fantastic sceneries along the way.



Parking spaces are available on the property, and bikes can be parked in the garage.
