Guest Access:
This unit is located on the first floor, please remember this 5-story building does not have an elevator. We have a storage locker on the main level for your convenience (stroller, luggage, etc).

The Neighborhood:
Barrio Manila is a hidden gem in El Poblado, Medellín. Unlike the steep hills and towering skyscrapers found in much of El Poblado, Manila lies near the base of the Aburrá Valley surrounded by the Andes Mountain Range. This budding area is young and fresh with a bohemian vibe. Hip cafes, upscale, open-air restaurants and fashionable boutiques are found on every graceful, quaint street. Manila is charming and traditional, with a serene atmosphere you’ll appreciate as soon as you arrive. You’ll feel safe, secure and relaxed during your stay in Manila.

According to the tax statute, if you are a Colombian resident you will be subject to an additional 19% tax charge of the cost of the reservation. You will be contacted by us once your reservation is confirmed.

Interaction with Guests:
Before check-in, we will send you a link where all guests and visitors must register with their passport or ID in order to enter the building.
Visitors who are not registered in advance will not be allowed to enter, and a $50 USD fee per person will apply.
