Staff was very helpful and hospitable. They helped me out and provided guidance throughout the stay. Hotel was clean and lots of options were nearby including Provenza which was 10 minutes walk. Also, Breakfast was great. I might have misunderstood that the shuttle service was paid service. Other than that, it was a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff is well-trained and attentive, and the restaurant is great. The facilities are top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again. However, my only issue was the mattress—it was far too firm and uncomfortable. I strongly suggest the hotel consider upgrading the mattresses to improve guest comfort and ensure a better night’s sleep.

Floors, fixtures were nice but now dated. Many things in gym didn't work (elliptical, adjustable dumbells, bench wobbly). Noone at reception at check-in at 3pm except bellhop and then waited and had to complete a form instead of just photocopy passport like most places. Maybe it was once great but not now in my opinion.

This was second time staying here and for good reason, this place is fantastic. The staff are friendly, the facilities are gorgeous and location central. The Breakfast buffet is wondering, great selection of freshly prepared food and the cook making as you request eggs is a great way to start each day. Thank you to all the staff working who helped make the trip another great experience.

The staff were incredibly professional and efficient, the general upkeep of the rooms and hotel itself is exemplary. Fantastic amenities and all within a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Provenza and surrounding areas. The area the hotel is located in is extremely safe, I’d go as far to say safer than some parts of London (even at night) I would highly recommend
