Need a sign by the highway indicating how to access the property-coming from the west had to go some distance beyond to get onto access road which was not marked.

The room was decently clean. The breakfast was quite busy and the line up for pancakes was very long. But the food quality and options was good. The biggest negative to stay was falling asleep and then being woken up in a panic by the phone in the room ringing at 11:56pm to a wake up call that had been programmed in before we had arrived. The front desk did allow us a little later check out but no concern or apologies to the rude awakening we received. For this reason, I won’t be another stay at this hotel.

buying a lottery ticket !

Maybe I should be buying a lottery ticket - stayed in a standard king room - late 8:00 pm check in. Hilton Honors member for what it’s worth . when I asked for a 1/2 hour later check out that next morning … would you believe that on a Tuesday after a long weekend dav, in the Hat, with no one around ( empty parking lot) 6 floors of rooms - I happened to stay in THE one room that was booked for someone arriving that day! So they could not offer a 1/2 hour extended check out ! Who would imagine that luck ! Ok stay - as â Hampton stay usually is - reliable, dependable and consistent. bed was firm. pillows lower on the comfort scale .
