I always book thier king efficiency rooms, i really like them. They are nice and spacious and the beds are comfy. The hottub and pool area is nice but closes by 9pm which i feel is a bit early if you've gone out for supper. People always compmain about the breakfast at the hotel but i always like to go down the block and have breakfast at Ricky's, its great

Upon walking in to reception the area was dirty and unkept. Checked into the room. Walked into the bathroom to a tub of dirty water as the tap was leaking. This room was the 2 room king suite. The bed in the second room was concrete walls and no window. Not even sure how legally the bedroom doesn’t have a window. Needless to say we walked out just as quick as we walked in and ate the price of our stay.

Hot tub did not work. Pool area was way too loud for the amount of people in the pool. An update to the pool area could help with acoustics. No towels and no place to sit or put your stuff. Plug-in beside the bed did not work. Shower area very short for a tall person. Shower head needs to be replaced.

Yes, the room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
