The house features two separate, modern apartments, each with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped living kitchen and a private terrace. Each apartment offers air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. The furnishings are new and stylish, so you will feel at home immediately.



On the terraces, you can start the day with breakfast outdoors or relax in the evening sun. Sun loungers, parasols, and a grill are available for unforgettable hours outside. Pets are welcome, with a small additional charge. Bedding and towels are provided.



The spacious garden offers plenty of space for children to play and for pets that want to move freely. A large private pool (9.7 x 4.8 m) will be completed by summer 2024 and features a ground-level, beach-like access - ideal for refreshing moments under the sun of Istria.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Terrasse war schön groß. Das Highlight war der Pool und es gab sogar Schatten im Garten. Auch eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Gerne wieder! Der Urlaub war zu kurz )
