The property is located 50 m city, 50 m from the restaurant, 200 m supermarket, 300 m bus station, 500 m rock beach "Munte", 11 km train station, 14 km airport and it is located in a a family-friendly zone and in the center of the city. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, terrace, washing machine, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, hot tub, air conditioning throughout the house, swimming pool private, open-air parking in the same building, 3 TVs, satellite tv (Languages: English). The open plan kitchen, of induction, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, stove, kitchenware, plates and bowls.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
