Tiny home with one queen bed and fold out couch all on main floor. Sleeps: 3-4 Pets: 2 Complete with a 2-burner induction cook-top, toaster, microwave, single Keurig coffee maker and mini fridge. Dishes, silverware and pans provided. Shower, sink and toilet. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. This unit has an on-demand water heater. A Smart TV is located downstairs. You can sign into and watch your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) on the TV, we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. Outside there is a picnic table and propane BBQ grill. the home has two parking spaces, and they are behind the tiny home and labeled. A one-time cleaning fee of $45 will be added to your stay at checkout. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable fee of $50. No additional pets are allowed.
