"We booked a room for 3 but had a 4-year-old child with us, needing nothing extra. The staff first claimed it was “illegal in the EU” to have 4 people in a room for 3—completely false. As a frequent traveler and gold member, I know there is no such law or fire safety rule. It felt like they made up excuses when they saw non-European guests. The manager later admitted it was their cheap insurance policy, not the law, that caused the problem. They eventually moved us to another room and charged extra—but the whole experience was frustrating. I would not stay here again. Rigid policies and poor communication make this hotel a poor choice."
