Parking is a stacked parking system. So it takes a while to park and is not straight forward. Location is directly beside a train station so quite loud at night and early in the morning with trains rumbling, horns, also some garbage trucks and construction noises. Property itself very nice 2 bedroom apartment. Very clean. Comfortable beds. All amenities needed

Room was clean and well maintained, but property next door was noisy as was train line. The car stacker was very tight even for a small car. Walking distance to beach, cafes, restaurants and supermarket was definitely a positive.
The WORST place I've ever stayed, and I spend 50 to 60 nights a year in hotels every year for the past 40 years!
Noisy, cramped, dirty and, although they promised me car park, they reneged and told me "no room for you".
Very clean and comfortable. Right next to train station to CBD and short walk to beach and shops. Not easy to find untimed parking nearby unless had pre booked parking on site.
Stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Loved the apartment, clean and very nice. We were able to easily access Disney, Netflix for the child. Only thing I can fault is car parking, there is none. You have to park in the Woolies carpark where you can be charged and my room overlooked (I’m thinking a restaurant/bar) and was very LOUD when they were outside taking the trash. Other than that it was a nice stay

The property is adjacent to a building site and to get from the parking behind a supermarket because the lift park could not accommodate our vehicle one must push cases through an uneven dirty restricted building zone and rubbish bin walk. We should have been told.
The apartment is basically equipped and was dirty / dusty in every room not to mention the disgusting surprise under one of the beds that really should have been picked up by staff cleaning.
The heating lamps do not work in the bathrooms nor was this addressed the heating was unresponsive. They sent a cleaner to clean the toaster and replace a broken light she cleaned the disgusting toaster with a bleach product it remained Moldy and unusable on the inside as well as chili ally contaminated. Not enough pots for cooking and the ones given were dirty.
Servicing frequency means certain items were insufficiently supplied ie towels supplied were one for each person for a week!
Here is a tip it’s not a good idea to put tea towels on top of the rubbish bins in the kitchen.
The price was high compared to where we normally stay which has none of these issues.
Need more people on reception this handle the calls

Nice apartment close to station and resturants.
Lovely apartment close to station and restaurants.
It is a contactless apartment, no receptionist on duty. This is all explained in the booking process but an email 24hrs before arrival would help as it is complicated.
We arrived after a 7hr car trip and had to request the email with instructions.
If you are not a smart phone user do not book this apartment as your phone is needed at every step even to place rubbish in the dumpsters!!
2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable with kitchen well equipped.
Will stay again as now we know the process!
The access and security to the property was good. I didn’t realise that you needed to pre arrange the parking, but overall easy location, neat and tidy place. Cosy little place with good heating and quiet.
