The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. My bag was stored in thier storage for hours after checkout so that i could explore the city before taking my flight back home to NZ. Would definitely recommend and visit again

Clean room, great shower and has all the basic amenities required to stay for a night. Location is less than 5 minutes walk from Southern Cross Station, tram stop nearby and less than 10 minutes to Melbourne City Helipad and Yarra Promenade. However, soundproofing is an issue for light sleepers

Everything about this hotel was perfect for what we needed.Directly opposite Spencer St station & a quick tram ride to the central shopping area & theatre district.We stayed in a 2 bed apartment facing Collins street & it was surprisingly very quiet.I would absolutely stay here again

The room was huge (we stayed in a studio apartment) and so quiet considering the central location… directly across the road from Southern Cross Station, and a tram stop practically outside the door! The hotel is in a gorgeous old building with a lot of character, but internally it is very modern. We would absolutely stay again as the location was perfect to explore Melbourne city and surrounds!
