Good location but worst property. Not maintained at all. Worst place!! Photos are deceiving and may be taken when they first started. It's a ghost place. Don't stay!!!

Bathroom lighting was poor for ladies using makeup. I didn’t know it was serviced appartments. If I had I wouldn’t have booked as there was no emptying of bins etc. I don’t expect clean sheets everyday but when you stay for7 days a quick clean would have been nice, Overall my stay was pleasant.

We had a lovely stay at Beaumont Kew. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was quiet yet convenient, with easy access to shops and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful stay in Melbourne.

We loved how close by the supermarket, tram, restaurants etc were to where we needed to be. The only downfall was the cleanliness of our room, bathroom, overall property could do with carpet clean and windows

We were on the ground floor and the window lock in our room was broken. Had to use a piece of timber we found on the floor at the window to place in the sliding window track to ensure no one could break in. However the property was conveniently located for us.
