Dud host

I wasn't able to stay as I wasn't able to check in. Despite multiple messages and phone calls to the host they never picked up or replied to messages. I had to find accommodation elsewhere after waiting in the property foyer for over an hour. I had travelled more than 5 hours to get there to not have access to a room I had paid for. Never in my life would I recommend this property to anyone and I would appreciate a refund. I am not in a very good financial situation so to be down the cost of the room is placing a financial burden on my household.

Avoid , fake photos do not match the property, Dusty, dirty & old. The owner was difficult & sent me many emails after I left . Very bad !! Plenty of other properties around .
