The property is close to transport and was easy to navigate to and from via car and public transport. The room was a little larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise, though not serviced throughout the stay, so this should be considered when booking. I am sure servicing, or basic cleaning, could be requested if needed. On-site parking was a bonus, though parking stations nearby are a little cheaper; however, the convenience outweighs the price difference. Overall, I found the property great value.

Clean well appointed room that was quiet though on a main road. Booking, reception, and departure hassle free. Secure parking available at a reasonable cost. Pet allowed. Secure elevator. Get two keys as one is needed for power.

Clean and spacious.

Quiet, clean apartment. I do suggest having instructions on how to use TV. The Chinese Long Dragon restaurant in corner quick tasty food. Parking underneath. Nice to have nice shampoo and conditioners.

Charles RAHIM loved the Clarion Apartments in South Yarra. I think the management was Chinese and the level of service was efficient, prompt, easy going and professional all at the sane time. Check in took me less than two minutes and it was done with a smile from the owners or manager im not sure but I was impressed. Its great to see great custoner service from a serviced apartment that is managed by well choosen staff. This will be where I will be staying from now on. The price was less than other places too.

The fridge didn't work so a bar fridge was provided. But no communication that it wasn't working and there was a random bar fridge in the living room. There was no initial dishwashing tablet provided to get you started. The room was really nice but just attention to detail would have been better. But it was clean.

Reception staff were lovely and had to work with challenging circumstances. Maintenance very much needed on the rooms - everything from no hot water for a night, lights not working, hair dryer not working, door not closing properly, unable to find clean blankets, terrible smell in reception ….. list goes on…..the place itself could be fine- just needs maintenance to keep it working help the staff to have the tools they need.

We stayed there for 3 nights and everyone was super nice. It is right next to Albert Park and close enough to the city to go with the trams. Room was clean, and the shower has been the best one I’ve had in years!
