Terrible check in, and a bad attitude.

We arrived for check in 3:00. We were given a room that was not made up. The beeding was piled on a chair, so it appeared housekeeping stopped cleaning. When i went back to front desk, i asked to speak to supervisor, was told there wasn't one, but after asking the front desk attendant why rooms weren't ready, a supervisor came from behind the partition. She said they would take care of it. I was tired and frustrated, as we had been in the car all day and already unloaded our luggage. Rather than being apologetic, the supervisor said more than once, " we're taking care of it." She had quite a rude attitude. When i asked if she understood why i was frustrated, she said that since she was in the hospitality industry, she would have been more understanding in my place. No offer of any sort made at an apology, no willingness to accept responsibility. It us my belief that if 3:00 is check in time, rooms should be ready at 3:00. I saw housekeeping still working on roomscwhen we left for dinner around 5:30. Either they are understaffed, or not very competent. Either way, this may well have the worst check in experience I've ever had.

I wish I could say good things about the place. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place itself needs improvement. I did encounter fleas in my room. I caught the only one I saw.

A relaxing and comfortable stay

Check in was simple. Room clean. Beds were super soft. Like sleeping on pillows. Loved that. Slept so well. Breakfast was simple, but everything fresh. Staff friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything needed. Was very happy with the stay.

over all very uncomfortable.

Check was at 3:00pm, we got there at 5:15pm our room was not ready, I told them that we have dinner reservation at 7pm we need to shower and change, her response was we have 100 rooms to clean with 4 employees, I could give you your refund, so at 5:15pm on valentine's day where you think I am going to find a hotel, that was not the point I answer, anyway we waited our room was ready 6:30 pm, . we could not sleep at night because the A/C was so noisy we had to turn it off, and the projector outside the room was so bright, the curtain didn't help.

Was only there for one night but it was quiet and I slept good. The only thing that took me by surprise was the $100 deposit and $15 pet deposit. I wasn't prepared for that and you should include it in the reservation. That way it's done. My apologies to the deask clerk as I was short with her and shouldn't have been. I was tired but that's no excuse. Other than that, my stay was fine.

"We have stayed here every year, and it was always fine until this time. It seems like there's new management now. Unfortunately, the experience was not as expected. The TV remote wasn’t working, the room was not clean, and there was no hot water in the shower—the water was only lukewarm. We are elderly, we were freezing while showering. We called the front desk, and someone came the next morning to inspect it, but the issue was not resolved. We will not come back!
