Good location. Easy access to tramEasy check in/check out with key lock boxZero extras as in welcome packZero kitchen basics ie. S&P, oil, basic condiments (stayed in a lot of other places that provided these) 4 guests - ran out of toilet roll only 2 provided. Had to get moreIron needs cleaning. Sticky residue which stuck to our clothes while ironing
A great location and quiet street. No issues with parking even though it is only 2 hour street parking. The kitchen was well equipped except no tea towels were provided, hopefully this was just a one off. The home had a very relaxing feel and had excellent heating. Bedding in the main room was extremely comfortable. Only a couple of minor house issues, toilet door handle kept falling apart and tea/coffee provided was stingy as we stayed for 3 nights and were provided with 4 teabags and 4 coffee pods so guest need to be prepared to bring their own. Some of the outside seating needs to be fixed as the wood was rotting. A very secure home and yard for our dog . We would be happy to stay there again.
It was a lovely place to stay in Brunswick with lots of space and comfy beds. For just a short stay it would have been nice to have more things like cooking oil, condiments and also toiletries. It was so easy to catch the tram into the city centre . I did feel the property could have been cleaned to a higher standard for the price and cleaning fee charged . I did enjoy my stay with my son and his dog here and would recommend it.
The house was perfect for some home cooked meals. No staples (oil, salt, teas) provided, but plenty of kitchen equipment for cooking. A few extra towels would have been great, but not really an issue. The fridge smelled strongly of fish, but didnât impact our food. The neighbor gave us a message that we needed to turn off aircon by 10. On 2 very hot days and nights it would have been good to know that. We did have fans, so we managed.
