I had a delightful 18 hours. I was lucky enough to have a room upgrade. I was so grateful - have never experienced that before. The room was beautiful and the view from the 28th floor was magical. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean and had everything you could need. The service was perfect, especially from Christopher when I checked in. He really made me feel special and was warm and welcoming. I had room service, and the food was fantastic, and the breakfast was phenomenal. There was unlimited choice and so much to choose from. Also, the coffee was excellent. The only small thing was I found the dining room to be a bit dark. The hotel is very centrally located and was walking distance to where I needed to be. All in all, it was a lovely overnight stay, and I will choose the Grand Hyatt again
