I had Great Service from Ameal on the Front Desk, he looked after me awesomely and Clay ( hope that’s right, who was in training in the Breakfast Dining Room) Lovely Lady who was polite and very helpful, Hopefully both these people get a bonus for their Awesome Customer Service. Aircon was great, Room view was awesome. However the people upstairs you could hear them, sounded like they were bouncing a ball or stomping around up there, if it had gone on much longer I would have reported it. My overall stay was pretty AWESOME, STAFF FANTASTIC Thank You IHG Melbourne Airport, Australia

Good option for overnight airport stay. Big rooms and pretty quiet given location near airport. Limited food options if you don’t want to eat at hotel, macca’s nearby that’s pretty much it.
