As a host and an experienced traveller these are the worst Property Managers I have dealt with. They show a complete lack of care towards their guests. They were not upfront about an issue with the previous guests which delayed our checkin by 3 hours and ruined our first day. They refused to offer a refund until I said I was going to pursue the matter through VRBO. Eventually they agreed to offer 200 which though I thought was inadequate, I agreed to. They then requested a 5 star review and said they would only pay the refund after I had posted my review. I pointed out that that was contrary to VRBO policy whereby they then paid although continuing to deny they were obliged to. The property is tired and needs a deep clean. The mat in the ensuite was stained and needs to be thrown out. There were no rubbish tins in the bathrooms and no cleaning done behind drawers and the sofa. The main bedroom is darkly lit as it has no direct window - only through the ensuite. On the positive side the property is well located, has a lovely view and is well stocked with kitchenware. I stayed in another property across the road 3 months earlier and that was much better value, being newer and the Property Managers were much more focussed on guest satisfaction.
