My only criticism is the fact that in order to get hot water I had to run the shower and or faucet for a minimum of 5 minutes. That is a tremendous waste of water.

I always stay at the Intercontinental when in Melbourne. Great location that’s close to everything with comfortable rooms, nice service. Definitely recommended.

Sorry but not worth the money i paid. Checkin to the room delayed and nothing for it at all, considering i have 2 kids, something little would have been nice for waiting (not just tea and coffee). Pool so run down, cold and damp. Not 5 stars in my opinion, also to add rooms run down and bathroom had hair in it. So sad j paid $445 for a terrible experience.
