We appreciated the space in the hotel/apartment rooms. This made the stay comfortable in terms of space with luggage within the rooms. A separate living space is always nice when you have a longer stay. The beds were not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs poking through. We had a room upgrade and to be honest - it was no upgrade - we were allocated to a higher floor to which the lift did not go - and so we had to carry our luggage up flights of stairs. The room was not nicer, nor bigger, nor cleaner, nor more comfortable. We were not impressed with how unkept the showers/ were, there was significant Mould throughout - when we asked for this to be attended to - we were told that it would be thoroughly cleaned - however this did not occur - we stayed at the property for 6 nights. Great location, but unfortunately we will not be staying back here again.

Everything was fantastic - from bed all the way to the bath tub. The only complaint I had was poor internet service. It is impossible to watch a single youtube video over the hotel wifi, so prepare to use up a chuck of your mobile data.

Furniture uncomfortable, kitchen tap broken as was toilet roll holder. Bathroom grotty. Apartment for 5 only contained bar fridge and a cooktop no oven. No privacy curtains so either fully exposed or no light at all using blackout curtains. For the price we paid I would not stay again.

There was a problem. At our age 85/86 we could not use the step in bath where the shower was located. So we had no shower or bath for 4 days. Also, there was a good comfortable divan and a chair that was a very uncomfortable chair to sit in Still we liked it and will go back in the near future

Getway

Super quite apartment, rarely heard a noice from ajoining room or street. Bed super comfy and shower nice and hot. Location is fantastic with a tram stop only a couple hundred metres away on either Collins Street or Bourke Street.

The property is in an excellent location, a simple walk away from Collins St and other major Melbourne streets and shops. The property personnel were helpful (especially the housekeeping chap). There were problems with the room originally provided and the front desk personnel quickly organised another room. I was eventually in room 508 and it was spacious, very well resourced (TV, radio, microwave, cooktop, washer/dryer, shower over bath, air conditioning) and very comfortable. The bedroom in particular was very spacious and although in the middle of the city virtually no noise was heard overnight and I slept soundly. I would happily stay here again. Thank you.

Unhappy with the accommodation

We stayed on the 10th floor. We didn't know the lift doesn't go to level 10. The lift goes to level 9 then lots of stairs. The room smelling like strong indian food. The carpet in the bedroom very dusty. The noise is bad at night, not much soundproofing. The tv just local tv, no netflix The tv control had faulty batteries. Not booking to return.

Room was on level 3 with a laneway just below us and very noisy. Apartment looked different to images shown for the 1 bedroom apartment online. Location was good and staff were friendly and room was clean and tidy. Just the noise levels till early hours was quite disappointing!
