This was a very short stay before an early morning flight. Checking in and out was quick and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. Catching the shuttle to the terminal was no fuss. Would stay again

Overall a very pleasant experience, Staff were exceptional!! I found that every member of staff that i delt with were extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed. Unfortunately the barfridge wasn't working, which was a bit annoying. Good sized bathroom, large shower with very good water pressure! On call shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. A clean comfortable ride with a very professional driver! Overall, i would highly recomend Mantra Tullamarine.

We have been poorly tested and sometimes when people have genuine problem , people should consider, Hotel Rooms are a setup where if staff wants to fix things for other people which doesn’t happen on daily basis Not for the hotel or for customer should be considered and treated with respect and dignity. For a Room just for few Hours not even a sleepover , have a good think about that HAS MANTRA DONE WHAT THEY COULD HAVE TO RECEIVE A GOOD REVIEW?

Airport shuttle was a great help and was waiting outside for us. Had to load our own suitcases in, which wasn't ideal as they were heavy. Beautiful bed and linen aswell as bathroom. Very friendly reception. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at the Mantra on my way in and out of Melbourne a few days apart. Most staff went out of their way to be lovely and helpful, one who checked me in on my trip home gave the impression they’d rather be anywhere else - rough day perhaps. The buffet brekky was good, standard choices, well presented, spotless restaurant area. The first room was spotless, the room on my way back home hadn’t been cleaned to the same standard. Room service food could have been better - was overpriced, almost cold and few choices for food intolerances but that’s pretty normal with most hotels - next time I’ll just order uber eats. Toiletries were minimal but nice quality, some bottles were unfortunately empty (the style that are fixed to the wall), I had my own so didn’t worry about calling to have them refilled either time. The courtesy bus was efficient, drivers were friendly and it was available 24/7, although difficult to find if you don’t know the airport well. Will I stay again? Probably. For the price it’s a decent hotel, refurbed nicely and good location for a quick overnight stay pre flight, just lacked a few little details that would make it more comfortable.
