Had a great trip with my sons! My husband health is declining so this was important to us!I wish the weather would have been Florida weather! So the house meant our needs for us and our dog! Location was wonderful to go Downtown, Saturday Farmer Markets, and Great places to eat!

Very Clean. Pet-Friendly. Gorgeous pool. The landscaping has you in your own little pool paradise! Everything you may need is provided- grilling utensils and propane grill, beach umbrellas, pool floats, pool towels, etc. The shower has great water pressure. The beds are super comfy (great linens my the way). Full sized washer, dryer and dishwasher. Gated parking as well as street parking. A short walk away, there's a park with a huge gaggle of geese, along with some ducks and ibis which was awesome because my toddler is obsessed with birds! Close to EVERYTHING! Minutes from beaches and restaurants. A short drive to Cape Canaveral, the Brevard Zoo and the Kennedy Space Center. The host, Beth, was amazing and was easy to contact and extremely helpful. This is definitely one of my favorite VRBO stays and I highly recommend it. We visit family in Melbourne every year and we plan on staying here again next year.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful. Very tidy. High functioning kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very private and safe- gated property keeps neighbors out and helps you feel safe. We cooked full meals at this house
 full family dinner for 7people. Great amenities, had all essentials for cooking. Living room was very comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious/plenty of room. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool immensely. During the day, the pool was clean and cool, just what we needed for day time relaxing. There were no lights around the pool after dark but we just stayed inside to enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend this place. Very accessible to the Indian Atlantic. Many close shopping areas and places to dine. Beautiful property overall. 5 stars!

The property has a beautiful pool, very well maintained. The foliage and flowers are beautiful. The home decor is well thought out and very bohemian, excellent styling. This property was perfect and the owners communication was above excellent.

Great Host

We survived Hurricane Milton in this house. The host was amazing the whole time insuring everyone is safe and secure. Outside of the hurricane . We had a great time. The house is very nice.

Great place to stay!!

This home is a great place to stay in Melboure. The house itself is very clean and had lots of space for our family of 5 adults. Beth (the host) was amazing. She communicated quickly and was most welcoming. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet. This home is very central in Melbourne and is convenient to Florida Tech, downtown, beaches, shopping and restaurants. However this home also has everything you need to stay in and cook. We will definitely stay again as we frequently travel to Melbourne to visit our son at Florida Tech. Thank you Beth!!

Granddaughter's Graduation

A great location, so close to the ocean (8 mins), downtown Melbourne (2 mins), and a comfortable space to relax and socialize with family to celebrate our granddaughter's high school graduation. The salt water pool was a great spot to hang out in with privacy. The open floor plan had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay!

Epic family week in Melbourne!

We loved our stay at this house! We typically stay beach side but are so glad that we chose to stay here. The back yard area and pool are so perfect for after a beach day. Our kids basically lived in the pool :) The house was very clean and had everything we needed. So grateful for the sunshine, the warm ocean water and our time here after a long winter in the North. Beth is very helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

Comfortable Stay

Enjoyed a wonderful stay in Melbourne at this property. Clean and tastefully decorated, we especially enjoyed our coffee poolside each morning. We were blessed with a warm week, so we were able to take advantage of the pool too! Close to downtown with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great place for a family vacation!

Although we were gathered for a somber event, the house was a welcome respite. It was clean and lovely; we all enjoyed our stay. A few minor things to note: freight trains run throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you’ve been warned. And the light switches don’t make any sense! Lol
you have to do a bit of searching to find the switch for the light you want to turn off, but we had no other real complaints. The pool is great!

Relaxing get away

We enjoyed our break from the winter cold and snow. Our hosts were very good about addressing our concerns promptly. The home was cozy and tastefully decorated . The pool area had a lot of trees and plants around it that made it relaxing and provided shade in the afternoons. The beach was a short drive and the Canova beach allowed dogs. Downtown Historic Melbourne was very close and has some great restaurants. Great location.

Great House

Unfortunately we did not get to utilize the amenities of this house as much as we would have liked as this was a trip for a family memorial, however under different circumstances we would use the pool/outside (which was well maintained). Not far from beach, quiet neighborhood and loved that the property was totally enclosed. The host was easy to work with. Thank you for a nice stay in Melbourne.
