Upon our first impressions walking into the room we were greeted by chewing gum stuck to side of bed empty biscuit packet under the bed, and a moldy/rusty kettle on inside of kettle which we could not use , for the cost to stay it was very expensive for what we got .

Check in was a bit slow with only one person on. Room could use a renovation. No power outlets. Food in the restaurants lack flavor which is disappointing considering the very high price point. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Missing stuff after room cleaning

I would like to bring to attention for future guests to be aware that this hotel has serious issue with their housekeeping staff. I have reported my missing possession to front desk after daily cleaning room service but not solution has been established so far and communication has been cut off with Mr Hank Lin. I simply left my stuff on the bed and it went missing after cleaning the room.
