Your property obviously needs a lot of maintenance, for the price charged it was very average. TV did not work (which staff already knew about). Not a very clean place.

Large, tasefully appointed room with all necessary appliances - the whole area spotless. I have recommended it to my family.The only low point is the water quality for a cup of tea, but Im spoilt by having rain water at home, so thats no fault of Quest

The room was clean but very warm especially over night, I think they must restrict the air conditioning then. The bathroom was terrible, the shower curtain was filthy, the first day I asked for a clean one but that was not that clean. I reported that the shower floor was dirty and slimey and very dangerous, the shower needed scrubbing and a non slip mat provided. There was mould around the sink hole and where the tap connected to the sink. The bathroom totally let the room down, would I stay there again, NO I WOULD NOT, there are a lot of places much cleaner to stay.

The queen bed was extremely uncomfortable- sagged badly in the middle which resulted in really poor sleep for both of us. Temperature control was possibly faulty- cycled between stuffy hot and then cold all night. Disappointed for the cost.

The access to the parking is very restricted. Had I driven down in another of my vehicles, a large USA utility but still considered a 'car', I would not have been able to get my vehicle in. That information MUST be given at booking time. Furthermore, the quality control of the cleaning needs urgent attention. The shower had mould growing around the sealing along the bottom and under the bed was disgusting.

The room was tiny and nothing like the image on the booking website. The bayside area was pleasant but there was nothing much by way of amenities in the area. The restaurants nearby were closed both times we wanted to eat there. Restaurants in Church Rd were very good but they were not close by. Parking at the hotel was a bit limited. Height bar was annoying. Our car aerial hit it every time we had to use the lower parking section. Cleaners did not lock our door properly when they exited the room allowing anyone to enter.
