Nice and easy check in, though some delay with the check in instructions due to having to go through Expedia messaging that blocks out email addresses. They finally just texted me what email to use to request the details. Apartment was very nice and spacious and had all the things we needed. Would have loved a warmer blanket on the double bed but other than that it was great! Loved the location, walkable to many things and major tran and train stations/stops.

The apartment was presented well and provided tea and coffee along with a welcome bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The room was noisy however with the overground train line literally across the road. It is well located with a tram line a 2 minute walk from the front of the building. Communication and checking in process was seamless.

The apartment was nice and clean, with plenty of space. Walking distance to public transport or places in the city. Owners were in constant contact to check if anything was needed. Location is great.

Disappointed with the quality of the apartment, certainly not luxurious. Furnishings cheap and basic, beds were smaller than usual, linen didn’t have a nice feel to it. Mar in main living area over used and dirty. Fan in bathroom stayed on continuously. For a quick over nighter it’s fine but that’s all. Not a comfortable stay.

The property was in the perfect location for easy walking access from the skybus. Multiple tram stops in the free travel zone were just outside and it was walkable to southwharf and Marvel Stadium and across the road from the Melbourne Aquarium. A great launching pad for a family weekend in Melbourne.

We liked the options on the TV. The balcony was great. Bathroom accessories were good. The apartment provided everything we needed. A small TV would be good in the bedrooms Also maybe ceiling fan or a small spilt system Overall very Happy.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the communication with the property was good with regards to key pick up, some recommendations, how to operate things etc, it’s close to Southern Cross Station and within a 10 min walk to most things - if not there’s the free tram for the city only not too far away. Only issue, is while it was a 2 bedroom apartment and I put two adults, they only gave us two towels. I use a second towel to dry my hair so it was a tad annoying and I wasn’t sure who to contact about getting another so I didn’t bother as you have to go through Expedia to reach out to them but otherwise a great location. If you’re a light sleeper and it’s a weekend beware that noise might keep you up but it wasn’t an issue for me.
