Fantastic hotel which made our stay in Melbourne

Wonderful room, very large, with a magnificent bathroom, dressing room and separate toilet. Well stocked minibar, very comfortable bed and seating area and, best of all, a view to die for. Superb chef in Atria and staff who went out of their way to cater for our vegetarian diet. Great gym, yoga room and pool. Really can’t fault the place. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Special nod to Grace on front desk who was a delight, upgraded us and provided a bottle of fizz when we found out we were visiting our daughter in Melbourne.

Loved my stay at the Ritz Carlton. Staff very helpful. The only thing I feel Let’s the hotel down is the cups in the room. Come on Ritz Carlton up you game here, conference centre cups and saucers don’t belong in the room in a five star hotel.
