Most things were fine however the room had very poor ventilation so was very hot despite being cool outside, and the air con had to be blasting all night to cool the room and was very loud and so could not get a decent sleep between the heat and the noise.

My 3rd stay here. It’s great value and convenient to all the Melbourne attractions. However my room was only cleaned once in 10 days and that was day 5 only because I rang reception as my bins were overflowing! The toilet had mould in it by Day 6, there were a pile of towels and once again the bins were overflowing. Not very appealing or hygienic. Will definitely rethink staying here next time in Melbourne. The first night I had a room facing Lt Collins St and the street noise was ridiculous until 4am but the hotel did accomodate a room change.
