This beautiful getaway stands within a short distance of the Eastern Freeway/Eastlink, Donvale Primary, Whitefriars College, Tunstall Square shopping precinct, Westfield Doncaster and public transport.
The Space:
In original condition, a 1970's brick veneer Australian homestead with return verandah offering loads of space and natural light. Our home consists of 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, main bedroom with full ensuite, study, sunlit step down lounge, formal dining, kitchen with a sizeable family room and a large double lock up garage all under the main roofline.
A private rear courtyard is the ideal setting for outdoor family BBQ's (BBQ included, gas refill responsibility of guest) and the generous grounds are ideal for off-street children's outdoor activities.
