Sitting room with comfortable seating and wood burner, flat-screen TV. Large sofa bed.

Dining room with dining table and chairs, small computer desk area.
Kitchen fully functional galley style with electric hob, double electric oven, microwave, fridge.

Bathroom with over-bath power shower, washbasin and WC.

Utility with freezer and washer dryer machine.

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 one single bed with separate small double futon.

Bedroom 2 with a king bed

Garden: Fully enclosed garden with lawn, table and chairs.

Other things to note
The sofabed is a large bed but is only suitable for 1 person particularly if you are staying for more than a few days. There is a mattress topper in the airing cupboard for the downstairs sofa bed.

Please request the sofa bed upon booking.

Maximum of 1 small well behaved dog.

The parking is accessed via the neighbour’s driveway which is quite narrow.

The stairs are quite steep as is fairly common of cottages in this area so may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm.
