Room was outdated , bathroom was small with wallpaper peeling off in some areas . Heating unit made noise all night . The main lobby was cold and breezy and was also the area we ate dinner in which was very uncomfortable . Our waitress was very nice and attentive .

We were not happy with the rooms we stayed in. In one room, the hardware fell off the shower so it was unusable. This was reported and the hotel followed up at 11:45 pm after we'd gone to bed. In the other room, the drain was clogged and I pulled another guests hair out of it. It was disgusting. Then the drain hardware broke. This was reported and they offered to come fix it at 9:40 am. We were trying to get ready to leave for Christmas, so we asked that they came after we left. We returned and it was fixed however a large clump of hair was left behind. Also my room was very dark (only two lamps).

This facility needs to change their mattresses. This is the 2nd time this year I've stayed here and stayed 2 times last year. Different rooms and all had old mattresses. Same experience in the Hilton in East Brunswick NJ. Stayed there twice and lumpy old mattresses were there too.

Room was clean and spacious as were the facilities. The shower was hot and had excellent pressure. The soaps, lotions, shampoo and hair conditioner were high quality no need to pack them. Above all, I had a great night sleep.
