I booked two rooms for my daughter’s Sweet 16 through Expedia and ended up in one of the most disturbing hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. At check-in, I noticed what looked like sugar on the desk. Hours later, I found three hypodermic needles and drug residue in the desk drawer. I had already touched the substance earlier and started feeling sick. I was chaperoning minors, and they were also exposed. A staff member removed the items but left them outside my door all night. Later, a homeless man tried entering my daughter’s room. I was so scared, I slept in my car. The next morning, I felt too ill to drive and had to charge four hotel breakfasts to the room. Hilton only offered to comp one room. The only courtesy I received was a one-hour late checkout. This experience ruined my daughter’s Sweet 16. Unsafe. Traumatizing. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve reported everything to Hilton Corporate and expect a full refund.

I wasn't aware of the $225.00 hold for incidentals, but I literally got it back the day after check-out. I was a little worried that I would get charged erroneously for something, but I wasn't. Beautiful facility with nice indoor pool, jacuzzi, and dinner and bar atmosphere.

The little guy looses

My check in was May 16th check out was May18, but my flight was Cancelled due ground stop air traffic control. So I never checked in and the manager refused to refund my stay so I lost 790 dollars. I’ve stayed there before and always enjoyed my time there but will never go back.

Disappointing for a Hilton

The staff was excellent, but unfortunately I was disappointed in the rooms and cleanliness of the floor we stayed on. The hallways had not been vacuumed obviously in a while as floors were dirty. The room we stayed in was in disrepair and needed to be updated. We needed to be moved to another room because the fan on the a/c made so much noise we couldn’t shut it off. The toilet was leaking on the floor. We had to ask for another washcloth as only one was provided for two people. We asked to be moved which they did but the second room, somewhat better, still needed updates, more lighting and still needed additional washcloth.

Not great but not the worse place to stay...

The room is dated and worn. Not sure if the key system was recently upgraded.. but the bolt locks on the door were not functional. The bathroom is also in need of renivation. The tub surface was cracked. I think I paid 260 per night. Not the most I have paid for a room but also given the location, for the price and the brand... I expected a little more.

Would never stay here. Was given a room with no AC and staff had the audacity to tell me open a window , mind you I have a 2yr old and a 7month old with allergies. They changed our room only to be given a room with a broken bed and desk. This place definitely needs upgrade and if you don't have rooms with AC don't sell the room.
