I ended up not staying because I didn't know about the 100,$, security deposit I had to pay before I can get a room, I was so sad when I went to check in and couldn't get my room because I didn't have the money.i didn't see nowhere in the app before booking that let me know this,I was so disappointed and embarrassed .it was a horrible experience for me.so I lost all ways.

Very loud and uncomfortable! We were not told about the forced valet parking in the area! The bar was closed at 8:00pm. things in our room was falling apart and janky! One stayed at other Alofts! Notably in Asheville, NC and Portland, ME. Both stays were great! this was awful!!!!!!!
